The HR section of
Clearview allows users to maintain employee files, scheduling of employees using
bar line scheduler and reporting of time cards for payroll purposes.
- Employee files allow you to track all necessary
information on the employee relative to payroll, scheduling and
performance.
- Optimal Schedules ensure staffing levels are both
adequate to meet customer demand and are cost effective. The Schedule is able
to follow numerous parameters such as employee availability, preferences,
skill level, and employment laws.
- Decreases cost by: avoiding unnecessary employee
overtime and alerting managers when an employee is scheduled to work
overtime. Clearview allows managers to make adjustments before any
unnecessary expense is incurred. (Avoids unnecessary overtime cost.)
- Clearview accepts time card information from
your POS system and calculates overtime and statutory pay. An interface to
your payroll system will eliminate the need to duplicate this information.
