The Employee Review List page generates a list of reviews of the type selected when generating the report. This list can be generated by employees' assigned store or reporting store The store in the organization to which the employee belongs, administratively (can be found under Standard Information in the Basic tab of Employee Information)..

The Employee Review List page may be reached through:

The Employee Review List can be generated for reviews scheduled by date, or by hours worked.

Reviews can be scheduled by date (Date or Re-Occuring) or hours worked (Hours Since Last Review or Total Hours Worked) in the Review tab of the electronic employee file.

TO GENERATE AN EMPLOYEE REVIEW LIST:

  1. Open the Employee Review List page.

  2. Select whether you want the list displayed for the employees' Reporting Store or Assigned Store from the Search By drop-down list.

  3. Select the Review Search Type from the drop-down list.

    • Upcoming Reviews will display all reviews scheduled for a date in the future.

    • Expired Reviews will display all overdue reviews (by date or hours worked).

    • Monthly will display the selected Reviews to Include for the selected month.

    • Specified Period will display all overdue, completed or upcoming reviews for the selected period.

    • Hours Until Review will display all upcoming reviews based on the hours worked.

  4. Select the Area* and Store for which you want to generate the list.

  5. Select the Year*, Month*, From* and To* from the drop-down lists.

  6. Select the status of the reviews you want displayed from the Reviews To Include* drop-down list.

    • Upcoming will only display the reviews due during the selected month.

    • Completed will display only the reviews completed during the selected month.

    • Overdue will display only the employees whose next review date has passed in the selected month and the review has not been conducted.

  7. Select the format in which you want the employees' names displayed in the report from the Employee Name Format drop-down list.

  8. Click on the Go button.

Expired Review List

Expired reviews are reviews that are overdue (reviews whose due date has passed but the reviews have not been recorded in CLEARVIEW).

Reviews that were scheduled by date and by hours worked in the electronic employee file are included in the expired review list

The following information is displayed on the page if Expired Reviews was selected as the Review Search Type:

  • Employee: The name of the employee in the format selected using the Employee Name Format filter Drop-down boxes that let you select from the options available..

    Clicking on a name will open the Update Employee Information page for the employee.

  • Last Review Date: The date on which the last review was conducted.

  • Last Review Type (Rating): The type of review that was conducted on the last review date and the rating awarded to employee in the review.

  • Current Rate: The current pay rate of the employee.

  • Overdue Review Date: The date by which the next review was to be conducted.

  • Overdue Review Type: The type of review that was to be conducted on the overdue review date.

  • Days Past: The number of days that the review is overdue by.

  • Hours Past:The number of hours that the review is overdue by.

Future Scheduled Review List

Future scheduled reviews are all the reviews due in the future. The review list for reviews scheduled by date can be generated through the Upcoming Reviews option while the review list for reviews scheduled by hours worked can be generated through the Hours Until Review option.

The following information is displayed on the page if Upcoming Reviews was selected as the Review Search Type:

Only employees whose reviews were scheduled with Date or Re-Occuring as the Next Review Timing in the Review tab of the electronic employee file, are included in this report.

Only employees whose reviews were scheduled with Hours Since Last Review or Total Hours Worked as the Next Review Timing in the Review tab of the electronic employee file, are included in this report.

Review List by Period

The review list by period lists all expired and future scheduled reviews for the period selected.

Only employees whose reviews were scheduled with Date or Re-Occuring as the Next Review Timing in the Review tab of the electronic employee file, are included in review list by period reports.

The following information is displayed on the page if Specified Period was selected as the Review Search Type:

  • Employee: The name of the employee in the format selected using the Employee Name Format filter Drop-down boxes that let you select from the options available..

    Clicking on a name will open the Update Employee Information page for the employee.

  • Last Review Date: The date on which the last review was conducted.

  • Last Review Type (Rating): The type of review that was conducted on the last review date and the rating awarded to employee in the review.

  • Current Rate: The current pay rate of the employee.

  • Next Review Date: The date by which the next review is/was expected to be conducted.

  • Next Review Type: The type of review that is/was to be conducted at the next review.

The selected month's calendar is displayed on the page if Monthly was selected as the Review Search Type along with the names of employees whose review was/is due on each date.

  • Clicking on a name will open the Update Employee Information page for the employee.

  • The colour in which the employee name is displayed indicates the status of the review. The key is displayed below the calendar.

Associated Settings

  • Employee Review Ratings controls the ratings that can be assigned to an employee in a review.

  • Alerts controls the reminders generated for upcoming reviews on the System Alerts page.
