Audit (All Settings) can generate a report of changes made to controls or provide you with a comparison of the default and present controls of key settings pages.

To access Audit (All Settings):

  1. Click on on the quick links Located at the top right corner of a page, it contains icons that allow you to quickly access important pages. bar from any page.

  2. In the Settings window:

    1. Select Global from the Filter drop-down list.

    2. Click on Audit (All Settings) from the List box in the left pane.

The following information is displayed on the settings page for the filters Drop-down boxes that let you select from the options available. selected at the top of the page:

ClosedView Changes Made to Controls during a Period

  • Through this process a list of all changes made during the period selected will be generated. If a control was changed more than once during the period, each change will be displayed as a separate record.

  • For each of the settings pages included in this report, an Audit button is also included on the respective settings page. Clicking on the Audit button will show you the changes made to the controls on that page.

  1. Go to Audit (All Settings).

  2. Select Specific Timeframe from the Mode drop-down list.

  3. Select the type of Period from the drop-down list.

  4. Select the specifics of the period for which you want to generate the report (Date*, Year*, Week Ending*, Month*, From*, To*).

  5. Select the Group, under which the controls you want to view the changes are classified, from the drop-down list.

  6. Select the Setting page that contains the controls you want to view from the drop-down list.

  7. Click on the Go button.

ClosedView Only Controls Changed from their Default Value

Through this process all controls that were changed from their default option/value will be displayed. If a control was changed more than once, only the last change will be displayed.

Controls, that were changed multiple times and the last change set it back to its default option/value, will not be included in the report.

  1. Go to Audit (All Settings).

  2. Select Compare to Default from the Mode drop-down list.

  3. Place a checkmark in the box next to Only Show Changes.

  4. Select the Group, under which the controls you want to view the changes are classified, from the drop-down list.

  5. Select the Setting page, that contains the controls you want to view, from the drop-down list.

  6. Click on the Go button.

ClosedView the Default and Current Values of All Controls

  1. Go to Audit (All Settings).

  2. Select Compare to Default from the Mode drop-down list.

  3. Remove the checkmark from the box next to Only Show Changes.

  4. Select the Group, under which the controls you want to view are classified, from the drop-down list.

  5. Select the Setting page, that contains the controls you want to view, from the drop-down list.

  6. Click on the Go button.
