The Missed Shifts Report page lets you generate reports detailing shifts that employees were scheduled for but missed.

The following information is displayed in the report based on the constraints selected when producing it:

  • Employee: The name of the employee that missed the shift.

    Clicking on the name of an employee will open the Update Employee Information page.

  • Store: The store at which the employee was assigned the shift.

  • Job: The job the employee was assigned for the shift.

  • Business Date: The date on which the employee missed their shift.

    Clicking on the date will open the Missed Shifts Update page.

  • Hours: The number of hours of the shift that the employee missed.

    Clicking on the hours will open the Missed Shifts Update page.

  • Reason: The reason the employee missed the shift.

  • Notice Date: The date on which the employee informed the store or organization that they wouldn't be able to work the shift.

  • Covered by: The name of the employee that worked the shift instead of the employee that was assigned the shift.

TO GENERATE A MISSED SHIFTS REPORT:

  1. Open the Missed Shifts Report page.

  2. Select the start of the period for which you want to generate the report from the From Date drop-down calendar.

  3. Select the end of the period for which you want to generate the report from the To Date drop-down calendar.

  4. Select the Store for which you want to generate the report from the list.

    Press and hold down the Ctrl or ⌘ key on your keyboard to select multiple options from the list box.

  5. Select the Job(s) that you want included in the report from the list.

    Press and hold down the Ctrl or ⌘ key on your keyboard to select multiple jobs.

  6. Select the Missed Shift Reason(s) that you want included in the report from the list.

    Press and hold down the Ctrl or ⌘ key on your keyboard to select multiple missed shift reasons.

  7. Select All under Employee to include all employees from the store(s) in the report or click on to search for the employee(s) you want to include in the report.

    Press and hold down the Ctrl or ⌘ key on your keyboard to select multiple employees.

  8. Select All under Covered by to include all employees that covered shifts in the report or click on to search for the employee(s) you want to include in the report.

    Press and hold down the Ctrl or ⌘ key on your keyboard to select multiple employees.

  9. Click on the Produce Report button.
