How do I verify my email address?

  1. Check for an email from CLEARVIEW with the subject Email Authentication.

  2. Click on the Verify Email button in the email or follow the instructions in the email.

If you don't see the email from CLEARVIEW in your inbox, try the following:

  • Check your Spam folder for the email.

  • If you're already logged onto CLEARVIEW, click on the Update/Resend button in User Profile to resend the verification email.

  • If logging onto CLEARVIEW takes you straight to the Verify Email page, click on the Update & Verify button to resend the verification email.

  • Try a different email address if the above options don't work or contact your CLEARVIEW support team.

    • If logging onto CLEARVIEW takes you straight to the Verify Email page, change the Email Address and then click on the Update & Verify button.
