Difficulty Level - Advanced Impact - Store Level

Fixed/Reoccurring Waste is any waste that's discarded in a fixed quantity on a regular basis (for example oil). This feature can also be used for items that are regularly consumed at roughly the same quantity, but are difficult to assign to a recipe (for example salt). Waste entered here is automatically discounted from inventory or menu items on the days you indicate.

Since the waste isn't being physically measured or counted each time for the exact usage, it is included in theoretical usage.
