Difficulty Level - Expert Impact - Organization Level

Loyalty Cards lets you manage the loyalty cards sold by your organization. Payments received through sales of loyalty cards are included in Rebates.

To access Loyalty Cards settings:

  1. Click on on the quick links Located at the top right corner of a page, it contains icons that allow you to quickly access important pages. bar from any page.

  2. In the Settings window:

    Settings associated to a page automatically show in the List box. If the setting that you want to access is in the List box, you can skip step a.

    1. Select Financial from the Filter drop-down list.

    2. Click on Loyalty Cards from the List box in the left pane.

The following information is displayed on the settings page:

  • Description: The name of the loyalty card.

  • Status: Active indicates that the loyalty card is presently included in the Loyalty Card drop-down list when creating or editing a rebate category in Rebate Categories, while Inactive indicates that it's not.

ClosedCreate a New Loyalty Card

  1. Go to Loyalty Cards settings.

  2. Click on the Create button.

  3. In the Create Loyalty Card window:

    1. Type in the name of the loyalty card in Description.

    2. Click on the Create button.

When a loyalty card is created, CLEARVIEW automatically assigns it a unique Loyalty Card Code.

ClosedEdit a Loyalty Card

  1. Go to Loyalty Cards settings.

  2. Click on the name of the card that you want to edit.

  3. In the Update Loyalty Card window:

    1. Change the details as required.

    2. Click on the Update button.

If you're not accepting a certain loyalty card at present, you can deactivate it by changing the Status to Inactive. You can similarly reactivate it by changing the Status to Active if and when you start accepting it.

ClosedDelete a Loyalty Card

  1. Go to Loyalty Cards settings.

  2. Click on the name of the card that you want to delete.

  3. In the Update Loyalty Card window:

    1. Click on the Delete button in the Update Loyalty Card window.

    2. Click on the OK button in the confirmation request pop-up box A box with a prompt that opens up when you click certain links or buttons in Clearview..

Only loyalty cards that haven't been used for a rebate can be deleted.
