Find one or more electronic employee files by specifying employment details that must be met. Criteria includes name of the employee, employee number, job code, reporting store The store in the organization to which the employee belongs, administratively (can be found under Standard Information in the Basic tab of Employee Information)., etc.

TO FIND AN ELECTRONIC EMPLOYEE FILE:

  1. Open the Find an Employee page.

  2. Type in the Last Name, First Name, Employee Number, SIN/SSN/IRD and/or use the filters Drop-down boxes that let you select from the options available. to find the employee(s) you're looking for (none of the fields are compulsory).

  3. Select the Sort Order in which you'd like the results displayed.

  4. Click on the Find button.

TO FIND AN INACTIVE ELECTRONIC EMPLOYEE FILE:

  1. Open the Find an Employee page.

  2. Type in the Last Name, First Name, Employee Number and/or SIN/SSN/IRD (none of the fields are compulsory).

  3. Select Inactive from the Status list.

  4. Use the remaining filters Drop-down boxes that let you select from the options available. if required.

  5. Select the Sort Order in which you'd like the results displayed.

  6. Click on the Find button.

The results are displayed on the List Active Employees page.

  • Job Codes controls the different jobs performed in your organization.
